Supporting SoundCloud’s enterprise-level marketing without enterprise bottlenecks
How SoundCloud can scale without slowing down
SoundCloud is an artist-first, community-driven platform where music culture happens in real time. As the brand evolved its digital ecosystem, the team needed a partner who could unify UI and UX across multiple websites, strengthen the technical side of SEO, and support brand campaign launches.
The challenge was less about producing pages—Qream had to make every asset feel like SoundCloud.
Shipping assets at the speed of the internet
For a company operating at SoundCloud’s scale, a typical campaign takes 3–4 weeks to move from concept to launch, but marketing opportunities rarely wait for perfect timelines. They needed an extension of their internal team that could jump in and produce assets without sacrificing quality.
Some launches gave us only 48 hours from brief to production, leaving a single day for design and another for development, all while meeting enterprise-level expectations.

Refreshing the website without reinventing the brand
We believe the best partnerships improve the product. So, staying true to the qream on top belief, we proposed fresh creative directions that respected SoundCloud’s evolving identity while making a page feel more engaging and memorable.
Our concepts introduced subtle 3D elements, alternative layouts, interactive scrolls, and more expressive typography, elevating the experience without straying from brand guidelines.
Strategic thinking built into every page
The content was there, but structure, hierarchy, and user flow often needed another layer of polish before the design could truly perform. We shaped information into experiences that felt clearer, easier to navigate, and better aligned with user expectations.
Graphic design support that keeps campaigns moving
Enterprise partnerships move fast, especially when global activations suddenly need fresh creative delivered within hours instead of days. Whether it was World Cup collabs or marketing launches, we plugged directly into the workflow and produced banners, mockups, and supporting assets without becoming a bottleneck.

Motion that feels like part of the brand
Motion graphics are deeply embedded in SoundCloud’s visual identity, meaning every animation had to follow an established rhythm instead of inventing a new one. We helped create 5 explainer videos while carefully matching the movement language—motion consistency matters just as much as consistency in typography or color.
Fixing the foundation behind the frontend
Working with multiple domains means looking beyond visual polish and fixing technical issues that quietly affect performance. We delivered a Webflow audit that uncovered SEO issues, unnecessary page elements, uncompressed images, indexation of the staging domain, slow load times, and opportunities to reduce platform costs and improve responsiveness.
Rather than handing over a spreadsheet of issues, we explained the risks, prioritized improvements, and provided solutions that strengthened Soundcloud’s long-term website workflow.

I’m impressed with the Qream team’s Webflow dev work and comms. We’re steaming through a backlog of improvements!
